Tomato Jelly

If you have never had tomato jelly, you have missed out and should fix that right now.  This jelly does have a slight tomato flavor, but the basil and red pepper flakes up the game on the flavor profile.  It does have a slightly spicy ending to the sweet beginning.  

This goes really well with a bagel and cream cheese, grilled ham and cheese, goat cheese tartelettes, or even as a sauce for meatballs.  Use your imagination and let us know what you combined it with!
