Returns: We want you to love your purchase from [Your Business Name]. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.


  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.


  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 30 days.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Item customizations. In most cases we can reuse the orignal item, this will be discussed on a case by case basis.
  • Custom items.  Depending on the item it may be non returnable or a restocking fee of 40% may apply.  This will depend on the uniqueness of the item.
Shipping Damage:
  • We make every effort to ensure that our packaging withstands the rigors of shipping, but mistakes can happen.  Pictures of the package and damage must be sent to us before beginning the return process.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or defective items will be shipped at our expense. Contact us for a shipping label.
